(Progress Report)Notice of Victory in Corporate Reorganization case Filed against Group Lease PCL in the Supreme Court of Thailand

Group Lease PCL, an equity method affiliate of the Company was filed by JTrust Asia Pte. Ltd. a subsidiary of J Trust Co., Ltd. on January 10, 2018 with a petition for corporate reorganization. The petition was dismissed in the first trail and also in the appeal trial. And today, the Supreme Court ruled that all of JTA's claims were dismissed and GL won the case generally and eventually.
